I am quite excited by this soup, it has a lovely tangy smell to it, which I assume is coming from the lovely macadamia oil infused with chilli and lime I used. This is a simple meal to prepare, with only a little steaming and sauteing in preparation before the final weighing and blending. As always, I had that little moment of fear/anticipation just before Caspian sat and devoured it; will he eat it, will he take the bait, has it all been in vain? I hope that your child enjoys this recipe as much as mine.

Alternatively heat on the stove or in microwave if you want it warm.
