This is simplicity itself. I use probos soy cream for this very simple baked custard, wonderful comfort food. I intend on converting this recipe to a 150 calorie snack. This recipe is for 298 Calories at a ratio of 3.25 to 1.
90 grams of Soy cream
14 grams of egg yolk
2 grams of agave syrup
Preheat the oven to 180 C. A ramekin or oven proof dish 3/4 or 1 cup capacity is required for this recipe. Separate out the egg yolk and weigh out 14 grams. Using a small fork whisk the egg yolk for 30 seconds. Pour the egg yolk into the ramekin and add the soy cream. The agave may be added now or drizzled onto the top of the baked custard after it has baked. Fill a baking dish with boiling water and place the ramekin in. Carefully place the tray into the oven for 25 minutes or under the centre is firm. Enjoy!
